Terms of Service

By accessing the Turn By Turn ("TBT") platform (app, website, or any service), you agree to these Terms and all applicable laws. If you do not agree, do not use TBT.

• Must be 18+ years old (or age of majority in your state)
• Must be a Nigerian resident or in Nigeria
• Must provide accurate identity information for verification
• Cannot hold multiple accounts
• Persons self-excluded or banned by regulatory bodies cannot play
• You are responsible for all activity on your account

• Registration requires valid phone number, email, and identity verification (NIN or valid ID)
• You agree to keep login credentials secure
• You are liable for all account activity
• TBT reserves the right to close accounts that breach these terms

• TBT is entertainment, not investment or guaranteed income
• Play only with money you can afford to lose
• Set personal limits on spending; we provide tools to enforce them
• We offer self-exclusion, deposit limits, and cooling-off periods

• All draws are verified and recorded on the TBT transparency ledger
• Results are final once published; no disputes after payout initiation
• Tickets purchased before draw close-time are valid; late entries are rejected
• Draws occur at published times (exact times visible in-app)
• Technical failures may delay draws but do not void tickets
• Duplicate tickets across accounts for the same draw are void; funds returned to one account

• Verified winners receive payouts within 24 hours of claim
• Payout status is viewable in the Receipt & Payout Tracker (proof of TBT's transparency)
• Payouts are subject to tax obligations (TBT deducts applicable withholding tax)
• Users must maintain compliant banking details; failed transfers are TBT's responsibility once sent to your registered account
• Refunds for unused balance or cancelled tickets process within 48 hours

• Ticket prices are displayed before purchase
• TBT may charge platform fees (clearly disclosed at checkout)
• Withdrawal fees (if applicable) are shown in the app
• TBT does not charge surprise fees

Users must not:

• Use multiple accounts to manipulate draws or winnings
• Engage in fraud, money laundering, or illegal activity
• Share accounts or allow others to play on your ticket
• Use automated tools, bots, or scripts
• Harass support staff or other players
• Attempt to interfere with draws or the platform
• Participate if under 18 or in a self-excluded state

All TBT content, branding, and technology are owned by TBT. Users grant TBT the right to use winner names/photos in marketing (with opt-out available).

• TBT is provided "as is" without warranty
• TBT is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Maximum liability is the value of your account balance
• TBT is not liable for third-party payment processor failures

TBT may suspend or close accounts that breach these terms without refund. Users may close their account anytime; unused balance is refunded within 7 days.

Disputes are resolved through TBT's support team first. Unresolved disputes may be escalated to the relevant regulatory body. Arbitration as applicable under Nigerian law.

TBT reserves the right to amend these terms with 30 days' notice. Continued use after notice = acceptance.
